4. Draw Results & Gazette Notice

While draw results are updated promptly for public convenience, all published results are provisional. Official prize payouts are strictly determined by the winning number publication in the official Kerala Government Gazette.

5. Ticket Purchase & Claim Regulations

• Kerala State Lotteries does not sell tickets online or through digital applications
• Tickets must be purchased in physical paper format via authorized distributors within Kerala
• Winning tickets must be undamaged, intact, and surrendered within 90 days of the draw date
• Tampered, forged, or altered tickets will be rendered invalid and subject to legal prosecution under Indian penal laws

6. Taxation & Statutory Deductions

All prize payments are subject to applicable Income Tax regulations (TDS under Section 194B) and government duties as determined by the Government of India and the State of Kerala.

7. Limitation of Liability

The operators of this portal shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from reliance on the information provided on this platform. Ticket holders should cross-verify results prior to filing official claims.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
